Ingredients: Soloman's Seal, Wolfberries, Dried Conch, Dried Chinese Yam, Aged Orange Peel, American Ginseng, Chinese Artichoke

Directions:
- Place ingredients in a strainer and rinse them under running water for 10 seconds.
- In a seperate bowl, place the dreid conch in it and fill the bowl up with water.
- Soak the dried counch for 20 minutes.
- Fill a pot with 1.5 litres of water, add all the ingredients (except wolfberries) in.
- Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil.
- Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup boil for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
- Add in wolfberries 5 minutes before turning off the flame.
- Season the soup to your desired level of saltiness and serve.
- 600g of chicken or pork can be added to enhance the flavour of the soup.
做法:
- 用清水把材料洗净。

- 把火调到中小火,滚40分钟到1小时。
- 在关火五分钟之前,把枸纪子加入汤里。
- 用盐调味就可以上桌。
- 根据您的口味,可加入600克鸡腿或排骨,味道会更好。
