ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check your spam email folder if you do not find the email in your inbox. In the event that you do not receive the order confirmation email, please contact us at 81383827 or orders@tecksoonsg.sg and we will get be in touch with you.
Please make payment via Bank Transfer or PayNow upon receiving the confirmation email and send transfer details to 81383827 via WhatsApp or SMS. Orders will be canceled if payment is not received within 2 days of order confirmation.
We will contact you via Whatsapp or SMS once payment is confirmed to arrange for delivery.
All orders will be processed, packed, and delivered within 4 working days once payment is received. Longer delivery times are expected during the high-demand season. Deliveries are not available on weekends and public holidays.

Free Normal Delivery for orders above $250 (amt excluding GST)
Normal Delivery* (3-4 working days)- $5.00
Express Delivery can be arranged at buyer's cost.
*For frozen and perishable items, we will not be able to provide Normal Delivery. Only Express delivery is available for frozen items.
