Ingredients: dried abalone slices, fish maw, wolfberries, dried chinese yam slices, sugar ginseng

材料:鲍鱼片,鱼鳔,枸纪子,淮山,糖参

 

Directions:

  1. Rinse all ingredients under running water for 10 seconds.
  2. Place fish maw in another bowl and soak it in water for 10 minutes
  3. Fill a pot with 1.5 litres of water, add dried chinese yam, sugar ginseng, dried abalone slices and fish maw in the pot.
  4. Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil. 
  5. Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup boil for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Add in wolfberries 5 minutes before turning off the flame.
  7. Season the soup to your desired level of saltiness and serve.

做法:

  1. 用清水把材料洗净。
  2. 把鱼鳔放在一碗清水,浸泡十分钟。
  3. 将鱼鳔,鲍鱼片,淮山,糖参和 1.5 毫升的水入锅。
  4. 开大火煮至沸腾。
  5. 把火调到中小火,滚40分钟到1小时。
  6. 在关火五分钟之前,把枸纪子加入汤里。
  7. 用盐调味就可以上桌。
