Ingredients: american ginseng, dried abalone slices,  wolfberries, soloman's seal

材料:花旗参,鲍鱼片,枸纪子,玉竹

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in a strainer and rinse them under running water for 10 seconds.
  2. Fill a pot with 1.5 litres of water, add all the ingredients (except wolfberries) in.
  3. Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil. 
  4. Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup boil for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Add in wolfberries 5 minutes before turning off the flame.
  6. Season the soup to your desired level of saltiness and serve.

做法:

  1. 用清水把材料洗净。
  2. 将所有材料(除了枸纪子)和 1.5 毫升的水入锅。
  3. 开大火煮至沸腾。
  4. 把火调到中小火,滚40分钟到1小时。
  5. 在关火五分钟之前,把枸纪子加入汤里。
  6. 用盐调味就可以上桌。
