Our confinement soup package is a fuss-free and delicious way to nourish and strengthen the body postpartum. Each pack of herbal soup is carefully hand packed in store for freshness and we only select the best herbs for each soup pack.
We have sorted the packs according to the week to be taken, so that you have all the time to concentrate on what that truly matters!
Our soup packs can be prepared even with minimum cooking skills. All they need is a quick rinse under running water with some accompanying proteins like chicken, lean pork or even mushrooms for our vegetarian friends. Season with salt to taste and pair it with a steaming bowl of white rice for lunch and dinner.
This soup package consist of 24 packs of soups to last for 4 weeks of confinement. Red dates tea and confimenet bath packs are sold separately. Additional soups can be add should you need to extend the confinement period.
