American Ginseng Abalone Soup | 花旗参鲍鱼汤 | Hua Qi Shen Bao Yu Tang

Our in-house concoction crafted by us for you! This pack of soup packs a rich umami flavour which is cut through by the ginseng flavour. Simmer this pack with some skinless chicken thighs or pork ribs for 2 hours and be rewarded by a hearty bowl of soup!
Ingredients: american ginseng, dried abalone slices, wolfberries, soloman's seal

Directions:
- Place ingredients in a strainer and rinse them under running water for 10 seconds.
 - Fill a pot with 1.5 litres of water, add all the ingredients (except wolfberries) in.
 - Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil.
 - Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup simmer for 1.5hours to 3hrs.
 - Add in wolfberries 5 minutes before turning off the flame.
 - Season the soup to your desired level of saltiness and serve.

- 用清水把材料洗净。
 - 将所有材料(除了枸纪子)和 1.5 毫升的水入锅。
 - 开大火煮至沸腾。
 - 把火调到中小火,熬煮1.5小时到3小时。
 - 在关火五分钟之前,把枸纪子加入汤里。
 - 用盐调味就可以上桌。
