Ingredients: Eucommia ulmoides, Wolfberries,  Radix Codonopsis, Morinda officinalis, Achyranthes bidentata, Achyranthes bidentata, Dried Longan

材料:杜仲,枸杞,党参,巴戟 ,牛膝,黄芪,龙眼肉

Ideal for:

  • People who have previous back or waists injuries
  • Elderly

Directions:

  1. Place all herbs in a colander and do a quick rinse.
  2. Fill a pot with 2 litres of water, add all ingredients in the pot.
  3. Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil. 
  4. Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup simmer for 2-3 hours.
  5. Season the soup to your desired taste and serve.
  6. 600 g of chicken or pork can be boiled with the herb pack to enhance the flavour of the soup.

做法:

  1. 用清水把材料洗净。
  2. 将所有材料和 2 毫升的水入锅。
  3. 开大火煮至沸腾。
  4. 把火调到中小火,熬煮2-3小时即可。
  5. 可加入食用盐调味。
  6. 可加入600克鸡腿或排骨一起煲,味道会更好。
