Tiger Milk Mushroom Soup | 虎乳滋补汤 | Hu Ru Zi Bu Tang

Ingredients: Tiger Milk Mushroom, Cordycep Flowers, Sea Coconut, Dried Figs, Sweet Almonds, Yushania qiaojiaensis, Dried Chinese Yam

  1. Place all ingredients on a strainer and wash them under running water for 10 seconds.
  2. Fill a pot with 1.5 litres of water, add all ingredients in the pot.
  3. Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil. 
  4. Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup boil for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Season the soup to your desired level of saltiness and serve.
  6. 600 g of chicken or pork can be added to enhance the flavour of the soup.


  1. 用清水把材料洗净。
