Ingredients: Rolled Poria, Snow Fungus, Candied Ginseng, Dried Figs, Yushania qiaojiaensis, Lily Bulbs, Sweet Almonds, Sea Coconut  

材料:卷茯苓,雪耳,糖参,无花果,海竹,百合,南杏,海底椰

Ideal for:

  • nourishes the skin 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients on a strainer and wash them under running water for 10 seconds.
  2. Fill a pot with 1.5 litres of water, add all ingredients in the pot.
  3. Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil. 
  4. Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup boil for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Season the soup to your desired level of saltiness and serve.
  6. 600 g of chicken or pork can be added to enhance the flavour of the soup.

做法:

  1. 用清水把材料洗净。
  2. 将所有材料和 1.5 毫升的水入锅。
  3. 开大火煮至沸腾。
  4. 把火调到中小火,滚40分钟到1小时。
  5. 用盐调味就可以上桌。
  6. 根据您的口味,可加入600克鸡腿或排骨,味道会更好。
