Bird's Nest is considered as one of the most luxurious ingredients in Chinese Medicine. Our bird's nests are sourced from Indonesia from our trusted suppliers. They are mostly feather-free and do not require feather picking before cooking. Our bird's nests are cave swifts and this ensures that they can be double-boiled for at least 2-3 hours while remaining a thick and smooth soup. Best to be double-boiled with some Cordyceps, wild American Ginseng or even Korean Red Ginseng. Rock sugar can be added to enhance the taste.
