Ingredients: Monkey Head Mushroom, Wolfberries, Honey Dates, Dried Chinese Yam, Poria, Dried Lily Bulbs, Sea Coco

Directions:
- Place ingredients in a strainer and rinse them under running water for 10 seconds.
 - In a seperate bowl, place the monkey head mushrooms in it and fill the bowl up with water.
 - Soak the monkey head mushrooms for at least 3 to 4 hours.
 - Fill a pot with 1.5 litres of water, add all the ingredients (except wolfberries) in.
 - Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil.
 - Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup boil for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
 - Add in wolfberries 5 minutes before turning off the flame.
 - Season the soup to your desired level of saltiness and serve.
 - 600g of chicken or pork can be added to enhance the flavour of the soup.
