Liver Nourishing Soup|养肝排毒汤

Ingredients: Codonopsis, Abrus pulchellus subsp. cantoniensis, Chinese Yam, Wolfberries, Red Dates, Solomon's Seal, Cordyceps Mushroom 

材料:党参, 鸡骨草, 养肝草, 淮山, 枸纪子,红枣, 虫草花

Serves 3 to 4

3 - 4 位分量


  1. Quick rinse the rest of the herbs and set wolfberries aside.
  2. Fill a pot with 2 litres of water, add the herbs in.
  3. Bring to boil and turn the heat down to medium-low
  4. Simmer for 2-3 hours on medium-low heat, more water can be added if too little soup remains while boiling.
  5. Add in wolfberries 5 minutes before turning off the flame.
  6. Salt to taste. Serve warm.


  1. 用清水把材料洗净。
  2. 将药材和 2 毫升的水放入锅。
  3. 开大火煮至沸腾。
  4. 把火调到中小火,慢滚2-3小时。
  5. 在关火五分钟之前,把枸纪子加入汤里。
  6. 食用盐调味就即可。
