Ingredients: Eucommia ulmoides, Wolfberries, Radix Codonopsis, Morinda officinalis, Achyranthes bidentata, Achyranthes bidentata, Dried Longan

Ideal for:

Directions:
- Place all herbs in a colander and do a quick rinse.
 - Fill a pot with 2 litres of water, add all ingredients in the pot.
 - Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil.
 - Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup simmer for 2-3 hours.
 - Season the soup to your desired taste and serve.
 - 600 g of chicken or pork can be boiled with the herb pack to enhance the flavour of the soup.

 - 把火调到中小火,熬煮2-3小时即可。
 - 可加入食用盐调味。
 - 可加入600克鸡腿或排骨一起煲,味道会更好。
