Ingredients: Codonopsis, Abrus pulchellus subsp. cantoniensis, Chinese Yam, Wolfberries, Red Dates, Solomon's Seal, Cordyceps Mushroom

Directions:
- Quick rinse the rest of the herbs and set wolfberries aside.
- Fill a pot with 2 litres of water, add the herbs in.
- Bring to boil and turn the heat down to medium-low
- Simmer for 2-3 hours on medium-low heat, more water can be added if too little soup remains while boiling.
- Add in wolfberries 5 minutes before turning off the flame.
- Salt to taste. Serve warm.
