Ingredients: American Ginseng, Rolled Poria, Astragalus root, Dried Chinese Yam, Radix Codonopsis, Wolfberries, Dried Longan

Directions:
- Place all ingredients on a strainer and wash them under running water for 10 seconds.
- Fill a pot with 1.5 litres of water, add all ingredients (except wolfberries) in the pot.
- Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil.
- Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup boil for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
- Add wolfberries in 5 minutes before you turn off the flame.
- Season the soup to your desired level of saltiness and serve.
- 600g of chicken or pork can be added to enhance the flavour.
做法:
- 用清水把材料洗净。
- 将所有材料(除了枸纪子) 和 1.5 毫升的水入锅。

- 把火调到中小火,滚40分钟到1小时。
- 关火前的五分钟,把枸纪子加入汤里。
- 用盐调味就可以上桌。
