Ingredients: American Ginseng, Rolled Poria,  Astragalus root, Dried Chinese Yam, Radix Codonopsis, Wolfberries, Dried Longan

材料:人参,卷茯苓,黄芪,淮山,党参,枸纪子,干龙眼


Serves 3 to 4

3 - 4 位分量


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients on a strainer and wash them under running water for 10 seconds.
  2. Fill a pot with 1.5 litres of water, add all ingredients (except wolfberries) in the pot.
  3. Turn the flame on to high and bring the water to a boil. 
  4. Turn the flame down to medium-low and let soup boil for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Add wolfberries in 5 minutes before you turn off the flame.
  6. Season the soup to your desired level of saltiness and serve.
  7. 600g of chicken or pork can be added to enhance the flavour.

做法:

  1. 用清水把材料洗净。
  2. 将所有材料(除了枸纪子) 和 1.5 毫升的水入锅。
  3. 开大火煮至沸腾。
  4. 把火调到中小火,滚40分钟到1小时。
  5. 关火前的五分钟,把枸纪子加入汤里。
  6. 用盐调味就可以上桌。
  7. 根据您的口味,可加入600g鸡腿或排骨,味道会更好
